Comcast added 6 HD channels in the Grand Rapids Michigan market. Personally I would rather have HDNet over any of these.

Tags: With the impending doom of LiveJournal predicted I have decided to export all of my LJ entries. There are some oldies but goodies in there. Doing so has also enabled me to import those entries as posts in my wordpress blog. You’ll be able to find all these posts in LJ Import.
This might also prompt me to make sure I have copies of all of the photos I have on flickr as well.
Amazon.com keeps updating the status of a DVD that I ordered. It went from shipping on the 8th to now shipping on the 18th. I need this disc for next week to give to a friend. Ugh.
–UPDATE 12/16/08–
Amazon.com charged me for the DVD this morning. The order info shows that is is shipping soon. I guess it was a good thing that I signed up for the free trial of Amazon Prime. This means that it should ship 2nd day and should be here before Tuesday when I need it.
