I think somone should buy me some Homestar Runner Figurines I would love you forever!

I have once again purchased a new toy. I am once again in the position of no longer being able to buy new toys. However, I think I’ll manage. This is going to have to be the end of new toys for a very, I repeat, very long time.

As you might be able to tell from the new icon, there is an addition to the entertainment appliances in the living room. A 40-HR TiVo DVR now sits on the floor a few feet from me.

I’ll have it all set up tomorrow afternoon. Then I’ll be able to see what it can really do. Judging by everything I have read this is going to be a fun purchase. More fun, that is, then some of my past toys that now sit around. ~sigh~

I miss Gary.

I am not IE free. For my Windows XP Notebook I am not using Firefox for my browser. Now I am going to test out their Thunderbird mail program and see if it can replace Outlook.

I’m not posting as much as I once was. I am not sure why either. It cannot be that I do not have time. It does not take long to sit here and pound out a few key strokes.

The cable guy is coming out on Wednesday, again. Theresa told me that someone she knew had to have some sort of meter put on the line to monitor the traffic for 24 hrs to see what was going on. I think I’ll suggest that to the next person that comes out. Right now anything will help.

So I was sitting on the couch watching a movie/playing a game when the door to my apartment opened up. I did not think it was my sister, because she had not been gone that long and would still be at work. It could not have been my girlfriend because I knew she was still at work. Well it was an SBC guy. He had the wrong apartment. He was here working on the phone lines and what not, ran out to his truck and came back into the wrong unit. I kind of laughed at him. The look on his face was kind of cute though.

Things for next summer beginning to roll down the hill. The snow-ball effect will soon start. Of course all of this is going to depend on how soon I remove from my possession something that I have been holding onto since April. I honestly do not know how I have been able to do that. Something like this I am usally way to antsy and nike it. That’s ‘just do it’ for those of you who do not know.

The pool is open. I have yet to go down there and take a dip. Maybe that is something I could do in the middle of the night. Of course since it is in the middle of the courtyard I am sure someone would call the emergency office number and the cops would get called. Then again I could just tell them that my name is Christian Darnell. Well, no, if I do that they may not let me out of the holding cell. Theresa and I went out to the lake yesterday. I wanted to go swimming however half of us forgot a suit. Oh well, there will be other times to do that.

I have that stuff for my Aunt done now. I wonder if she is going to try to pay me. I’m not sure if I would take money from her or not. If could depend on how much they offer me.

Now I need to be working on rebuilding my mothers computer. Well I do have it started. I’m trying to get all of her files and crap moved right now. However it is Windows XP Home so it is being more of a pain in the ass then I would like. Hence the break I’m taking right now.
